Neighbourhood Electric is a fully licensed electrical contractor serving homes and small business in Southwestern Ontario since 2002. Our management team boasts more than 100 combined years of industry experience serving residential, commercial, institutional and industrial applications.

Entrepreneurs Clint Attard and Keith McIntyre, both master electricians, founded Powerserve, which specializes in industrial electrical contracts, in January 2002.

In 2005, Clint and Keith created Neighbourhood Electric to provide safe, reliable, expert electrical service to homeowners in Windsor, Ontario, before expanding to serve all of Southwestern Ontario in 2008.

Co-owner Clint Attard has more than 20 years of electrical industry experience. He is certified not only as a Master Electrician but also as a 309A construction maintenance electrician and 442A industrial maintenance electrician.  

Clint has a passion for environmental issues which is expressed through the development of the specialized PowerServe renewable energy team that has constructed more than 6 megawatts of solar energy projects for clients within both the public and private sectors.

Clint is proud to be an active member in the Windsor Construction Association, Grand Valley Construction Association, Electrical Contractor Registration Agency, and the Ontario Electrical League. He also personally serves on the Contractor Advisory Committee to the ESA, and is a board member of the Ontario Electrical League Essex Chapter division.

Keith McIntyre, Co-Founder

Neighbourhood Electric co-founder Keith McIntyre is a licenced master electrician, industrial electrician, and construction maintenance electrician with over 20 years’ industry experience.

Keith is active in the electrical industry with memberships in the Ontario Electrical League, Windsor Construction Association, Grand Valley Construction Association (Kitchener), and Electrical Contractor Registration Agency, and serves as OEL tri-county chapter provincial contractor rep.
