Here is What You Can Expect

1. When you call Neighbourhood Electric with a problem, all of the details are entered into our computer and an appointment is scheduled as soon as possible to have the problem looked at.
2. A clean, friendly, licensed electrician is sent out to examine the problem, suggest the best solution and provide an estimate. The estimate that is provided will include all necessary materials and labour fees in order to avoid any surprise charges. Should the project begin to expand outside the scope of quoted work, a revised timeline and costs will be provided prior to any additional work being completed.
3. Upon approval of the estimate, the work will begin at your earliest convenience.
4. After the finished work has been approved by you, an invoice will be issued.
5. You are invited to go online and fill out our survey. In doing so, you will receive a $20 voucher that can be used on your next Neighbourhood Electric service.
