Neighbourhood Electric,

I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for your time and your expertise. I called for a quote the other day and your dispatch sent one of your technicians out for me right away. The technician explained exactly what was going to be done and I was also shown your pricing guide. I have never seen this done before.

The quote was fair and your technician said he could do the work right then and there because he had all of the supplies in his van.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with your company.

Thanking you,
Martin Borjevski

To Whom it May Concern,
I am writing this letter to express my sincere gratitude for a job well done. I have to admit I am skeptical when it comes to calling service repair companies out of the phone book, but your company was quick, efficient and highly motivated.

I was thoroughly impressed by the fact that our situation was an emergency and your company was there within the hour to fix our problem.

I just wanted to take the time to thank you and your company. I will definitely recommend you to our family and friends.

Sincerely,
Joanne Kramer

Dear Sir,

This letter is to express our thanks to you and your staff for a job well done. We chose your company out of the Yellow Pages because of the Better Business Bureau designation in the ad. The pleasant receptionist, who identified herself as Jennifer, took our note of our problems and was able to send someone out that very day. That in itself, was a wonderful start! She called again, twenty minutes before the technician was to come, to advise that he was on his way. When he arrived, he was able to fix one problem quickly, and proceeded to diagnose the other one. The kitchen microwave was on a circuit with a couple of other items and he informed me that it should be on its own. He did the work, explained the problem and solution. Then, the power in our home went out (the whole block was affected) and he was left to work without power. He had just finished when the power came on again. He ran the microwave and everything seemed fine. He was very polite, informative, neat and did a great job of cleaning up. We were very pleased and were preparing to write a letter to you know.

However, within a day or so, the microwave tripped the breaker, again. Since we had been advised that this should not happen again, another call was made to your office. Jennifer, who was very friendly and understanding, made arrangements for someone to come out right away. He was apologetic and he decided to do a thorough check of all his work. He checked the microwave and it was drawing 13-14 amps. He called the maker of the microwave and they informed him that it was defective and should be returned. We thanked him and returned the microwave. There was no additional charge for this visit. The new microwave tripped the breaker too. We returned it and the next one also tripped the breaker. We plugged it into another receptacle and it worked fine for 3 days. I called Jennifer again to tell her about this, and once again she had someone come right away. This time it was Dan and he explained that perhaps there was a bad breaker (so he would change it), and he changed the receptacle too. We tested the microwave and it seemed fine - until the next day. I called and Dan came right back and said that the solution was to put in a 20 amp breaker. When I asked how much that would be, he said they were sorry for all our trouble and there would be no extra charge. He did the work and it has been 2 weeks without a single problem.

We must tell you what a pleasure it has been to deal with your company and specifically, your employees. Everyone of them has been extremely pleasant and polite, even under the most trying circumstances. The work was well done and to our complete satisfaction. We were very satisfied with your service and commend you for such outstanding employees. We will certainly call you again if needed, and will continue to tell others about the excellent treatment we received.

Thank you again,
Dawn and David Lynn
